My practice focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples and families.
I use an integrative approach based on Transactional Analysis (TA) and Redecision Therapy to help individuals change limiting or self-defeating behaviors & beliefs and create the lives they want.
I have extensive experience helping individuals heal the aftereffects of trauma in all its forms.
I also do extensive work with individuals struggling with the challenges of depression & anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, addiction & chemical dependency.
